KALIBO, Aklan--The 797th Kalibo de Sto. Nino Ati-Atihan Festival presents the vast culture of the town. Historian Marcela Tinagan recounts how the festival became a historical and religious feast. Among the 30 participating tribes at this year's Ati-Atihan, Morongga tribe head Lucas Cristobal shares the struggles of leading a tribe.
